Outage Update – Lenasia SDC

The Lenasia Service Delivery Center has 229 open calls at the moment, of which 178 have been
logged within the past 24 hours.

Lenasia A has 189 open calls, with 165 logged in the past 24 hours.
Lotus Substation: The protection team is still working on the wiring in the transformer.

Lenasia B has 40 open calls, with 13 logged in the last 24 hours.

Nancefield Substation: The jointing process is still underway. Any new
development will be communicated to customers
Loadshedding has been suspended until further notice here .

Note:
During an outage, unplug all appliances to prevent inrush current when the power supply is
restored. This minimizes the risk of network disruptions and ensures a continuous electricity
supply.
