SDC OUTAGE UPDATE: LENASIA

City Power Lenasia Service Delivery Centre (SDC) has a total of 71 open calls, 16 have been
logged in the last 24 hours. We have 50 plants that are out of service.

Lenasia A

Lenasia A has 55 open calls, 16 are over 24 hours and 14 plants are out of service.

Current outage:

Lotus Substation: The team is connecting the new transformer after disconnecting and removing
the faulty one. The cause of the outage in Vlakfontein and Hospital Hills is a burnt terminator
connecting the transformer to the incomer braker.

Lenasia B

Lenasia B has 16 open calls and 36 plants are out of service.

Current outage:

Eldorado Park Substation: Affecting Devland Industrial, Coca - Cola, Goudkoppies and
surroundings. Repairs are in progress. The ETR is set for 18:30 if all goes according to plan.
