Project Description: R Server is a Utility Data Service application that provides

streamlined data for advanced utility bill data management. Eliminating the burden of utility
data collection and standardization by providing a single, automated data that can be fed
directly into any software application. Data from R Server enables the organizations to reduce
energy consumption and costs, drive sustainability efforts, automate the payment of bills, and
avoid late fees. The application has a dashboard which provides the workflow to capture and
validate the data at various levels. Initially the customer uploads the utility bills, these bills
are distributed to data analysts for their analysis of the data. Once the data analyst is assigned
a bill the status of the bill will be in the 'Open' state, the analyst on beginning the analysis will
change the status to 'Work in Progress' After the analysis and validation of the data in the bill
is completed, the data will be transformed into XML format, and the state of the ticket will be
changed to 'Resolved
