Summary
I am currently a doctoral student in renewable energy in electrical engineering at the University of Ghardaia, Algeria. My thesis topic focuses on
modeling and controlling a six-phase induction motor in a solar pumping system, with a current emphasis on motor control techniques. With a
background in Industrial Electrotechnics and expertise in mathematical modeling and the use of MATLAB, I am interested in staying informed about
the latest advances in my research field.
Education
The thesis explores innovative solutions to enhance solar pumping systems using electric motors. Indeed, it is the best energy source adopted to
provide drinking water and irrigation in remote areas without access to the electrical grid. Several control techniques for the photovoltaic generator
and the converter-machine system will be applied to achieve good dynamic performance with high robustness and efficiency.
In this master's thesis, we conducted a techno-economic study of the power supply line for a tram station, calculating all necessary components
(conductors, supports, insulators, the cost of the line, and its trajectory). The validation of the results was performed by programming a software for
sizing and calculating the parameters mentioned above. This software was created in the form of graphical interfaces using the Delphi (10.4)
programming language.
