Reflection
(Minimum of 3-4 sentences per question)
1. Briefly describe the field experience. What did you learn about technology integration and/or technology coaching from completing this field
experience?

For this field experience, I was able to research and collaborate with a teacher who teaches Spanish. I was able to research and find digital tools that would
allow her students to use in the classroom.

2. How did this learning relate to the knowledge (what must you know), skills (what must you be able to do) and dispositions (attitudes, beliefs,
enthusiasm) required of a technology facilitator or technology leader? (Refer to the standards you selected above. Use the language of the
PSC/ISTE-E standards in your answer and reflect on all 3—knowledge, skills, and dispositions.)

Knowledge – Teacher needs to be familiar with the online digital tools before sharing it with her students.

Skills – Student and teachers need to work together by using the digital tools. The teacher must be able to help with any technology issues or
questions the students may have.

Dispositions – I think it is important for the teacher to come up with a plan on how she wants to use these resources in her classroom to create an
authentic learning experience for her students.

3. Describe how this field experience impacted school improvement, faculty development or student learning at your school. How can the impact be
assessed?

I think this field experience impacted student learning because students can use different learning platforms to support their own individual needs.

Reflection
(Minimum of 3-4 sentences per question)
1. Briefly describe the field experience. What did you learn about technology integration and/or technology coaching from completing this field
experience?

For this field experience, I was able to work with an 11th grader to help her use a new digital tool that she never used for an upcoming project. I loved being
able to coach her during this experience.

Knowledge – I need to be familiar with the digital tool to teach the student properly.

Skills – We both need to know how to use podbean. We both need to know how to use a computer, how to find the website, and how to create an
account for the online digital tool.

Dispositions - I will be able to support the learner. I will model and facilitate authentic learning. I will be there for any troubleshooting or questions
that may arise.

3. Describe how this field experience impacted school improvement, faculty development or student learning at your school. How can the impact be
assessed?

This can impact student learning at the school because other students may like the idea of creating a podcast rather than a PowerPoint slideshow. This gives
students different opportunies to share their thinking at school.
