of chemical (FOSROC equivalent) on the floor and on the peripheral walls upto 900 mm. b)
Base coat – Applying base coat of 1:6 mortar over chemical treatment on the floor and on
the peripheral walls upto 900 mm.

5 Mirror paneling NOS 2.00

Panelling formed out of 6mm thick float mirror of approved make edge polished and
without any defects, waves etc., shall be on 12mm thk marine ply backing fixed with 3M
tape & approved 3M adhesives with 12mm L pro on all four sides as per details. Mirror
panelling to have cove light provision as per details. Modiguard float mirror shall be
considered. Cost to include necessary ply boxing as per details.

6 Vitrified tile flooring SQM 18.00

Providing & laying vitrified Flooring with 1st quality homogeneous tiles of approved make,
of size as per architects approval, set in 1:4 CM & Roff. Rate to include for laying tiles to
the pattern as directed by Arcitect/Consultant including curing, etc. Tiles to be laid with
2/3mm spacers & with grouting as per architects/PM instructions. Rate to inlcude the
cutting of tiles to size if there are any variations. Joints to filled with grout from MYK
Laticrete of approved shade.

7 Vitrified tile dadoing till False Ceiling ht. SQM 80.00

Specification to be same as item no - TW9, but to be vitrified tile dadoing & ht as per
details. Basic price - 101/Sft.
8 Corian Marble Basin Counter Top with WPC backing : NOS 2.00
Providing and Fixing of 12mm thick Make:Dupont Glacier White Corian Marble Basin
Counter Top make with 18mm thick approved moisture resistance WPC backing, to be in

applied over a coat of primer and putty "Altek" or "Wall care" or approved equivalent as per
manufacturer specification fully to give a smooth and even surface including thoroughly
brushing the surface free from water / mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand
papered smooth, complete per manufacturers specifications and as directed.

5 Dry Wall Partition SQM 22.00

75mm thick Full height partition cladded with Single layer of gypsum on both sides:-
Providing and Constructing Full Height Single skin Dry Wall Partition The GI channels of
size 50mm x 0.55mm (section thick) to be fixed on the floor to hold GI studs as per details.
As an acoustic requirement, contractor to affix 50mm thick rock wool of wrapped to
partition framework, The framework to be cladded on both sides with Single layer of
12.5mm thk tapered gypsum board. Gypsum boards to be in line and level screw fixed with
25mm drywall screws and joint finished with proprietary supplied jointing tape and
compound as per manufacturer's specification. Joints to be sand papered to achieve a
smooth and seamless finish.
