PLEDGE OF COMMITMENT

Good day Teacher Advisers and Student Leaders

As a BKD coordinator of Tipas National High School, after the 3 days’ webinar, I understand that drug
abuse has a serious physical, emotional and psychological effects, effects that could hurt myself, my
family, my school and other people. Drug addiction is a disease that affects a person’s brain and
behavior and leads to inability to control the use of a legal or illegal substances.

Given the serious dangers of drugs, I accept the challenge and solemnly pledge my commitment to
continue to pass on the learning regarding drug misused and the ways on how to prevent and avoid
illegal substance abuse.

To demonstrate my support, I pledge to:

1. Discuss the 6 modules regarding REFUSAL SKILLS for BARKADA KONTRA DROGA to all students of
TIPAS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.
2. Provide recreational activities for all the students, to help students avoid negative emotions
3. Create a Parent-Student seminar regarding misused of illegal drugs, effects and how to avoid
gateway drugs and drugs.
4. Provide posters regarding drugs misused, effects of drug addiction and how refuse on drugs.
