bench warrant.

• Damien M. Smith, 25, 21 Venice St., Auburn, was picked up on an indictment warrant April 2
and charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and three
counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• Brooke N. Schramm, 23, 2593 Earl St., Weedsport, was picked up April 2 on a bench warrant.

• James B. Hobby, 38, 22 Canal St., Auburn, was charged April 3 with third-degree assault.

• Christopher J. Rogofsky, 47, 23 Mattie St., Auburn, was charged April 3 with second-degree
menacing.

• John R. Bowers, 42, 108 Clymer St., Auburn, was charged April 3 with second-degree
aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

• Maeshanell C. Adams, 39, 8534 Sumac Dr., Baldwinsville, was picked up April 4 on a bench
warrant.

charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

• Paul J. Green, 39, 4494 Waldron Road, Cayuga, was charged April 4 with second-degree

• Cassandra M. Capozzi, 19, 65 Franklin St., Apt. 5, Auburn, was picked up on a warrant April 5
and charged with aggravated harassment.

possession of a weapon.

• Willie F. Kelley, 78, Moravia, was charged April 3 with torturing, injuring and not feeding an
animal.

• Doris E. Kelley, 75, was charged April 3 with torturing, injuring and not feeding an animal.

• Matthew W. Sager, 30, Marcellus, was charged April 3 with fifth-degree criminal possession of
stolen property.

• Zachary M. Forshee, 25, Weedsport, was charged April 5 with second-degree burglary, fourth-
degree grand larceny and third-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
