LS will refer to the new harness/pcm

Connector Part
32 Pin VCM Connector C3 (CLR) Yellow highlight are wires in the OBS harness that will not be needed when marring to a LS harness.
Information
Blue highlight are wires in the OBS harness that will need connected to the 03 LS PCM
Pin Wire ColorCircuit No. Function Green highlights are either way, maybe for emissions, or optional stuff, like AC
A/C Compressor Enable Relay Control ---- This wire will be moved to the LS PCM's AC Relay Control Pin. The PCM supplies GROUND to activate the a/c clutch. Doing
1 DK GRN/WHT 459 this will use the factory OBS A/C Relay is the OBS Fuse block.
Empty without A/C
2 DK GRN/WHT 428 EVAP Canister Purge ---- The EVAP Purge Soleniod is located on the LS engine at top front of the truck intake. So this circuit IS NOT needed in the OBS
3 — — Not Used harness. If you want to keep EVAP, you keep it in the LS harness

12 GRY 416 TP Sensor 5 V Reference
13 PPL/WHT 1589 Fuel Level Signal ---- This is the level signal from the fuel tank sending unit TO the PCM. You will need to move this to the Primary Fuel Level signal
A/C Recirculation Switch pin on the LS PCM on 98+ Swaps and for EVAP
14 DK BLU 604 ---- This wire is a A/C Recirculation Switch signal to the PCM. GROUND signal CUTS OUT with extremely low a/c pressure
Empty without A/C

PCS Low
16 LT BLU WHT 1229
Empty with M/T
17 BLK/WHT 451 VCM Ground ---- the LS harness will have its own PCM grounds, these can be removed from the splice they run to.
18 BLK/WHT 451 VCM Ground ---- the LS harness will have its own PCM grounds, these can be removed from the splice they run to.
19 BLK 470 IAT/MAP/EGR/Fuel Tank Pressure Ground ---- This wire will need moved to a LOW REFERENCE circuit on the LS PCM if you are to use the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor. This will
20 — — Not Used splice and go to the OBS IAT, MAP, EGR, which those can be cut from the splice
21 ORN 440 Battery Feed ---- the LS harness will have its own BATTERY HOT feed, this can be removed to the splice in the harness.

AC Request (Routes to A/C High Pressure Cutoff Switch) ---- This is the 12v+ signal the PCM gets when you select AC on the dash. This signal originates at the HVAC module,
25 DK GRN/WHT 762 goes to the high pressure cutout switch, then from the switch to the PCM. So if the AC pressure gets to high, the
Empty without A/C switch cuts out and removes the AC Request from the PCM. The LS harness has exactly the same thing, wired the
27 GRY 474 Fuel Tank Pressure EGR/MAP 5 V Reference ---- This wire provides a 5v reference to the fuel tank pressure sensor. Keep this if you are keeping fuel tank pressure sensor and
28–29 — — Not Used evap emissions. There will be a splice with wires going to EGR and MAP, cut those free of the splice and remove.
A/C Cycling Switch Input -----
30 DK GRN 603 This is a GROUND signal to the PCM, a switch on the LOW SIDE of the a/c system will open to shut off compressor
Empty without A/C for a momoent. The LS pcm will have the same signal input on it. Wire to the LS PCM's Cycling Switch Input
31–32 — — Not Used
