The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay will be having its first “Youth Team Building
Activity” this (date) with the theme: (theme) which will be held in the (place). We, the
Sangguniang Councils are knocking to your grateful hearts to support us for this
upcoming activity. This event will include a variety of activities designed to promote
teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. Our goal is to bring together youth
from Barangay and provide them with the opportunity to build relationships, learn new
skills, and have fun in a supportive environment.

In line with this, we are asking some support from you to make this activity possible as
we are seeking financial support to cover the costs of the event, including venue rental,
equipment, supplies, and transportation for the youth. Any contribbution you can make
will be greatly appreciated and will go directly towards supporting this important event.
