We today are making an effort to re-orientate back to the

indigenous ways of our Worldly\Spiritual Ancestors. This
system is called Ifa. It teaches one how to align
themselves with what is called Olodumare for the

comfort of the masses. It shares the discipline and effort

needed by the individual to connect with the source of all
existence. There is an order/cosmology that the people
familiar themselves with prayers of connection to the
various “links”, in Creation, i.e., Irunmales, Orisa,
Ancestors and The Olorun.

An important connector is called Orunmila.

Who is Orunmila?
It is the repository of knowledge, understanding and
wisdom. The second to the Creator and the witness of
everything's choice of destiny.

How do we reconnect?
It is not an easy discipline, you have to develop humility,
respect and honor with good intent.

We learn what value and purpose; each link of the chain

is to be used as a guide
Knowledge, understood become wisdom.
This allows harmony between all things in Nature, that
knows their position and gift for life.

This eradicate racism, which is “man” made to control

and separate
This eradicates greed, which destroy the Nature

As we go through this cycle of life, we are blessed to be

led by the Irunmale/Igbamales to gather the tools by:
Akunlegyan—those gifts of your profession, your duties,
receptive or retainer, length of stay, the Deities to
support your efforts. etc.
Akunlegba- those gifts that you chose, body shapes and
parts, parents, type of challenges-thru your choices.

Orunmila has recorded and documented the necessary

tools to be used in assisting each to achieve their
destinies. It is called Odu. Once one connects with their
Odu, they connect with their destiny. Again, this is not an
easy assignment, but it can be accomplished.

Olodumare has given each of us the blessing of Aiku, Aje

and Isegun—Longevity, Prosperity and the ability to
overcome obstacles.

It manifested as Elemi and blew this Ire in the breath of

life given to you. You are a gifted being, not sent here to
suffer, but to be fruitful and multiply.
The directive was for “human beings to become Orisa.”
This can be accomplished by developing your character
and learning form the challenges of life.
By living by the tenets of truth and goodness/compassion
to those you meet during your time here.

Let us discuss this cycle of life--

Guided by Orunmila and Esu, who records every choice
you make, you choose you Ori your container of choices
and the connectors to your spiritual guides and Egbe.
The domain of Ajalamopin, the keeper of Ori. After the
gifts have been given Elemi blows life into the form you
have chosen. Elemi is the spiritual essence of
Olodumare, the Holy breathe. It is this breathe of Olorun
that give you/we existence. You are a Holy Being, with a
duty to continue the process and duty to It. That is give
through the mouth, the mouth is also a holy icon of truth
and invocation.
Warning be careful of what you say and what you eat
through the mouth. Warning to abide by the decision of

healing of this domain called Aiye. To be truthful and
honest in your endeavors. Outstanding character to leave
behind a legacy of wealth for other to benefit from. Be
careful of how you act. Part of the solution or [art of the
problem? No “grey” areas.
