Subject – Request for admission in BA-LLB (5 years) course on

the basis of higher CUET merit under ST category.

Sir,

The applicant most respectfully submits as under –

1. That I have passed my 10+2 examination from JK board of

School education securing ______ marks.
2. That I appeared in CUET for the current session and secured _
marks.
3. That I applied for admission online in BA-LLB course but due to a
clerical mistake I could not tick the legal studies course as a
result whereof, I was not selected for BA-LLB course even
though candidates with lower merit have been selected for the
said course.
4. That in second round of counselling, I applied again for BA-LLB
course online clearly giving my choice for BA-LLB course but
unfortunately candidates with far lower merit have been selected
for the Law colleges and I have not been selected on the plea
that I have not tick marked the legal studies in the first online
application form.
5. That once the second online application was filed and there I tick
marked my choice for BA-LLB as first preference for admission in
K.C Law College or against one vacancy in University of Jammu
Law School under ST category but again I have been dropped
illegally and the candidates with far lower merit have been
selected in K.C Law College and in University Law School.
6. That my one academic year is going to lapse in case i am not
admitted in BA-LLB course despite my higher merit in CUET.
Candidates with far less merit have been selected in Law School
university of Jammu and in K.C Law College.
7. That omission not to tick mark the legal studies in the first online
application form was rectified subsequently giving fresh options
which were to be treated as valid for purposes of admission in
BA-LLB course but this time again candidates with CUET score of
180 have been selected but I with ___ marks have been ignored.

I therefore most humbly request to your goodself to

kindly save my career being a poor girl form ST Gujjar
community and grant me admission in BA-LLB course in view of
my higher merit in University Law School or in K.C Law College
in the interest of justice. My mistake should not be taken as final
to destroy my career in view of my subsequent choice for BA-LLB
which was totally overlooked by the university contrary to the
principles of merit.
