The tour and travel shall be deposited in electronic formation the

departmental website www.jktenders.gov.in

Terms and conditions:-

1. The bidders have to produce and upload CDR/Earnest money for an
amount of Rs.10000.00 along with the bid and shall be released after
successful completion of job.
2. The bidders have to upload cost of Rs 500/- tender documents in shape of
treasury challan by debit to MH: 0215 in support of their bid.
3. Rates are to be quoted per day for the categories of vehicle (excluding
fuel).
4. Rates to be quoted by the bidder including all taxes in vogue.
5. The bidder must upload scanned copy of registration/permit/hill
license/ownership/GST No /Pan Card and scanned copy of CDR.
6. The bidder must submit consumption certificate from the competent
authority for such type of vehicles.
7. The department shall give hire charge rates as per approval by the
government.
8. The bidder shall ensure that the vehicle/driver should not be changed
frequently any such change should be informed to the authority well and
advance.
9. The successful bidder shall submit invoice in triplicate in the office of the
 undersigned do recommended by the log book verified by the concerned
official/officer.
10. The vehicle shouldn’t be older than 2014 model.
11. The upkeep and periodical maintenance of wear and tear and toll/octroi
other accidental damages (God forbid) shall be borne by the bidder.
12. In case of any issue with the Vehicle/Driver immediate alternate
arrangement of Vehicle/Driver shall be made by the successful bidder to
avoid any inconvenience.
13. The unit rate and prices shall be quoted by bidder entirely in Indian
Rupees and the rates shall be deemed to include price escalation and all
the taxes upto completion of work, unless otherwise specified, Deduction
on account of taxes shall be made from the bills of the contractor on gross
amount of bills as per rates prevailing at the time of recovery.
14. The POL shall be supplied as per the consumption certificate issued by
the state motor garages Kashmir.

Other terms and conditions shall remain same as laid down in the PWD form No 25
