background, qualification and dedicated professional experience in the area of clinical and
health programs make me the best candidate for the position stated above. I have BSc degree
With Medical Laboratory Technology Science and 9 years dedicated professional work
experience in government, NGO and private hospitals as medical laboratory personnel and
laboratory head. During these times, I have got plenty of experience in organizing and
managing laboratories in addition to this I got the chance to participate in training, supervision,
mentorship and developing sops for HIV/TB and malaria testing. I have also participated in
some national surveys such as Ethiopian SPA+ and national micro nutrient survey as a data
collector. I have also work on managerial position in the health center. I was working as regional
operation manager in international clinical laboratory (ICL).In addition to this i have worked
hema diagnostic laboratory as senior laboratory technologist. I have also intensive experience
on developing and review of different diagnostic and quality monitoring tools.
I was also working with different national and international organizations with TB and HIV/
AIDS and malaria research activities (EPHIA -ICAP ) this help me to acquire relevant knowledge
and skills that are helpful for your current post. I have a strong familiarity with applications that
are helpful for health data electronic recording and managements like LIS and currently I'm
working with Laboratory Data management System (LDMS) software also .In addition to this, I
am certified with computer completion of the required trainings, these makes me an ideal
