 INTRODUCTION
This Book was written out of the burden to

help students master tough concepts using

mnemonics. I'm a firm believer in the fact that

learning does not always have to be tough. It can be

something interesting. It can be something

enjoyable. And, that is what propelled the writing of

this series.

It is my hope that truth this book, Aspirants

and Students alike will get to overcome the fear

accompanied with studying Science Subjects by

embracing this new method of SMART LEARNING.

 CHAPTER 1
THE PLIGHT OF SISTER SOLA
Once upon a time, in a little church nestled in the

heart of a bustling city, there was a sister. She was known

for her stunning beauty that left everyone in awe. Yet, as

stunning as she was, her humility shone even brighter.

She was also immensely talented- her voice was like a

melodious symphony and she had amazing acting skills

too. She was part of both the choir and the drama group of

the church.

Apart from her church activities, she had a great job

and had a car to her name. And although these

possessions should have made her proud, she remained

grounded. She was known for her skill in the kitchen and

her beautiful character.

Expectedly, she had quite a few suitors vying for her

hand in marriage. First was brother A, a banker who came

to her with a strange dream that he had where he saw her

helping him fetch water. He believed it was a sign from

God that she was meant to be his wife. Then there was

brother B, a medical doctor, who was deeply convinced

that she was the one he was destined to spend the rest of

his life with. Brother C, an engineer, also came to her with

the same request, and then brother D, and the list went on.

One day, she got frustrated with all the attention and

sought advice from the church's pastor. After prayer and

careful consideration, the pastor asked her which kind of

husband she wanted. She replied that she desires to have

a husband that would take care of her, pamper her and

nurse her well.

"Who among these young men can nurse Sister Sola

fine? Lead us, O Lord. Don't let her make a mistake." The

pastor prayed.

As the pastor prayed, an angel appeared to him and

said "Only the brother that is committed to my will can

nurse Sola fine. Only the brother that is important in my

work can nurse Sola fine. Only the important brother"

The pastor opened his eyes and declared God's word

to Sister Sola. As I was praying, I heard an angel and what

he said was simply that 'Only the Important Brother Can

Nurse Sola Fine'", the pastor said.

ONLY IMPORTANT BROTHER CAN NURSE SOLA FINE

Do you know that that is the increasing order of

electronegativity for ions??

Yess, with that story, you shouldn't forget the order

forever!

Only => OH-

Important => I-

Brother => Br-

Can => Cl-

Nurse => NO3-

Sola => SO4²-

Fine => F-

I'm sure you caught that?

Never forget again!!

 CHAPTER 2
THE PHYSICS EFFICIENCY TRICK

Using this trick, you will be able to solve any question on

Efficiency without touching a pen.

Now, before I show you this trick, master this series of

numbers:-

75, 80, 83.3, 85, 33.3, 10, 50

Try to say this number as many times as possible.

Just try to memorize it like you are memorizing a phone

number.

Yess, you are getting it.

Go over it again.

Go over it once more.

Try writing it down in your book offhand.

You want to go on without writing it, right? I caught you.

Smiles.

Okay, you've mastered it now, right?

Good.

So, let's go.

The Rule is simple.

 The way they are arranged is the order in which they

can be the right answer for efficiency.

 For instance, If you see both 75 and 85 in a option.

The answer is 75%

 If you see both 80 and 83.3 in the option, the answer

is 80%

 Also, any option you see an option that is not part of

these 7 options, just know that the option is wrong.

Let's experiment this with some questions now.

1. A machine has a velocity ratio of 4. if it requires 800 N to

overcome a load of 1600 N,what is the efficiency of the

machine? A. 60% B. 50% C. 40% D. 2%

Looking at this question, what will be your answer

without solving?

Looking at the options, you will know that it can NEVER be

60%, because 60 is not part of the 7 numbers I gave you.

So, A is out!

Also, it cannot be C & D. 40% and 2% are not part of the

numbers.

It can only be 50%

Try solving it using the formula and you will be shocked

that your answer will be B

2. An electric water pump rate 1.5 kW, lifts 200kg of water

through a vertical height of 6 meters in 10 seconds. What

is the efficiency of the pump? [g = 10ms-2, neglecting air

resistance] A. 90.0% B. 85.0% C. 80.0% D. 65.0%

Looking at the options, you should know that A & D cannot

be correct. They are not part of the 7 numbers.

Your answer can only be 85 or 80.

Now between the 2, which one is more prominent based

on the order?

Go and check.

Yes. You are right. The right answer is 80%.

2 more questions before we go to the next chapter.

3. A machine of velocity ratio 6 requires an effort of 400 N

to raise a load of 800 N through 1m. Find the efficiency of

the machine A. 55. 6 % B. 50.0% C. 33.3% D. 22.2%

From your knowledge of the trick so far, you should know

by now that A and D can never be correct.

Right?

Why? They are not part of the 7 numbers.

Now, between 50 and 33.3, which is more prominent

according to the order?

Go and check.

Very good! 33.3

So, the right answer is C

One last question before the next chapter,

4. A wheel and axle of radii 800mm and 200mm

respectively is used to raise a body of weight 800N by the

application of 250N. Calculate the efficiency of the

machine A. 85% B. 80% C. 60% D. 20%

THE BEAUTIFUL PLAZA GIRL

Once upon a time, there lived two young boys, Frank

and Felix by name. One day, they decided to go to a

nearby mall to window shop and hang out. The boys

arrived at the mall and perused the various stores. As time

went on, Frank told Felix that he wanted to visit a store

that he forgot to mention earlier so Felix decided to wait

for him at the mall's security booth.

As he sat there, he noticed a young girl approaching

him. Felix was intrigued by her beauty and the following

conversation ensued.

Felix:- Hi, Beauty

Girl:- (Skeptical) Hello

Felix:- Can I meet you?

Girl:- My name is Flora

Felix:- Nice meeting you Flora. Do you mind if I have your

contact?

Girl:- No. I don't give my digits to a stranger.

Felix:- Ohh.. It's fine. But you are beautiful, I must confess.

Girl:- Thank you

Felix:- (Staring at the girl) What a beauty..

Girl:- (Feeling uncomfortable) Hmm.. (Trying to talk)

Felix:- (Still Staring)

Girl:- (Couldn't take it anymore, then screamed) Ahh Ahh,

STOP LOOKING AT ME na

Hold On,

Are you enjoying that story?

Wait, I don't want you to forget that story again because

of its Moral and Biological Relevance.

More than learning from the disgrace Felix suffered, that

phrase of disgrace is still of relevance today in helping you

to ace Biology.

Anytime you remember that story, remember the phrase

also...

Ahh Ahh, STOP LOOKING AT ME.

With that, you can master the use of the Carbohydrates

Enzymes.

Ahh Ahh - Alpha Amylase

Stop - Sucrase

Looking - Lactase

At - Alpha Dextrinase

Me - Maltase

Just as a side note;

 Alpha Amylase hydrolyzes starch. Ptyalin is a common

 Alpha Amphylase that is usually asked in O-Level

Biology Exams. (P. S.:- It's found in the Saliva).

I did something there. I don't know if you caught it. P. S. =

Ptyalin Saliva. Did you catch that? Smiles

 Sucrase hydrolyzes Sucrose. Note:- Fructose and

Glucose are usually the product when Sucrose is broken

that. Mnemonics - fgs (for God's sake - Fructose,

Glucose, Sucrose)

 Lactase converts Lactose to Glucose and Galactose (LG).

Also, remember that Lactose is also called Milk Sugar

(LM = Lionel Messi = Lactose Milk)

 Alpha Dextrinase helps in the digestion of

polysaccharide.

 Maltase converts Maltose into Glucose. Yes, Just 2 Units

of Glucose, here in Biology. To master that, you cab

easily use Ma-ggi.

 CHAPTER 4
THE ACIDS KINGDOM

There was once a time in The Kingdom of Acids, the

incumbent president, H2SO4 was challenged by HCl that

he shouldn't continue to reign and rule in the Kingdom of

Acids....

Mr Emilokan aka HCl declared that He is the next to

rule the Acids. "No, I won't take that from you", H2SO4

retorted.

"Okay, let's see" HCl responded.

"You can't just come here and dethrone the king. We'll

have to hold an Election in that case", The King maker

replied.

So, all the acids agreed to hold an election on who

will be the king of the Acids.

{Later in HCl's Home that Night}

HNO3:- My husband, don't you think we will lose this

election?

HCl:- I am the next na, Emilokan

HNO3:- But I'm scared we will lose

HCl:- Don't worry. Chill.. I'm very confident we will win.

Infact, Leave this union and go and marry another man if I

lose this Election. I am that confident I will win....

On the Election Day, Everyone came out cheering HCl

as he went to vote. He was about killing a cow in

preparation for the celebration of his win when someone

told him that he wasn't the one that won.

He went in to confirm the news and alas, he lost and

lost woefully. The news spread far and wide and everyone

began to spread the fame of HCl's woeful loss and defeat.

Some even got drums and began to sing. They

cheered H2SO4 on and mocked HCl. HCl could hear many

of them saying, "RIDE ON H2SO4", "HCl na CRaP"

The pain and mockery was just too much.

Before I move on with the story, can I quickly show you 2

important things there?

"RIDE ON H2SO4, HCl na CRaP"

The first statement there will give you the Uses of H2SO4

RIDE ON H2SO4: H2SO4 is used in

R - Refinery

I - Industry for Making Chemicals

D - Drying & Dehydrating Substances

E - Electroplating

HCl na CRaP: HCl is used in

C - Chemical Making

R - Removal of Rust
P - Pickling (Pickling is the removal of oxides from the

surface of metals)

After the incident, HNO3 made matters worse and

came to declare to HCl that he's no longer marrying him.

She told him that he has found a new lover.

Guess who the new lover was?

Yes, you are right! H2SO4!!

HCl began to sob when he heard the news and he

later fell very ill.

When asked about what is the cause of his ailment. He

replied in Yoruba and said "IFE HNO3 npami o". That is to

mean the love of HNO3 is killing me.

From that, what can we have;

IFE HNO3 npami o

That is the use of HNO3. HNO3 is used in:-

I - Industry

F - Fertilizers

E - Explosives

Unfortunately, HCl later died. But, just before then, he

gave an instruction. He said, When I die, Bury Me As a god.

He later died and that inscription was still there.

Anyway, that is the use of Boric Acid

Bury - Boric Acid is used for making

Me - Mild

As a - Antiseptic

God - Germicide.

That will be all for the story of The Acid Kingdom.

THE SECRET TO ARGENTINA 2022 WORLD
CUP WIN
I am sure most of you followed the World Cup 2022

and saw how Argentina came as an underdog to win the

World Cup!!

Before, I continue with my story, can I quickly remind

you that people's opinions of you do not matter. You are

much more powerful than you are. You can achieve that

goal regardless of people's sentiments and bias. God can

give you victory! Can you just say to yourself: "I am able"

Let's continue with our story...

For the female folks and those that do not follow the

World Cup, Don't be bored as you are going to learn

something from the story as well.

(Sips a cup of tea)

Okay Now, Let's continue....

 Now, in the first match, Argentina lost unexpectedly

to Saudi Arabia. That you've failed before does not mean

you still cannot win. Your fears are liars. Just follow me

and catch this secret I'm about to show you.

After that first match, a lot of people were talking,

heaping blames on Messi and all, but then a man,

Argentina's Goal keeper, Emiliano Martinez decided to

take responsibility. And, that is it about life. If you don't

take responsibility for your life, anything will just keep

happening to you. Take Responsibility! Insist on the life

you want for yourself! Tell yourself, "This is the life I want

and I insist on it". I don't know if you are getting fired up?

You've not come across this book by mistake o. I promise

you, your life will change!!

Let's move on.

So, Martinez challenged every Argentina's player and

charged them, telling them that they should devote their

all to at least get Messi this World Cup he deserve.

Martinez was heard challenging all Argentina Players,

encouraging them and screaming, "Let Us Play Football

Like Messi", "Let Us Give this Our Best", "Let's give our

All", etc

And, Guess what?

That did the magic for Argentina! They defeated every

team they came across their path till they won the World

Cup! That's the importance of taking responsibility!!

If you will forget anything from this story, don't

forget that legendary statement by Martinez, "Let Us Play

Football Like Messi"

If you remember this common question that JAMB do ask -

You remembered now, right? They even still asked in 2002

and also 2004 (The year Messi started professional

football)..

Yeah, You can use that Martinez Statement to master the

Carnassial Teeth and never forget forever...

cramming endlessly for days and forgetting.

 CHAPTER 6
KEDAC:- A THIEF OR A RELIEF

In medicine, KEDAC is a medication used to treat pain.

Mr. and Mrs. Fredrick chose the name Kedac for their child

after going through a lot of hardships months before he

was born: the mother lost her job, the father experienced

a stroke and other health issues and lost both parents,

and their landlord kicked them out. It was simply too

much pain. Both pain brought on by various illnesses and

pain brought on by external factors.

Mr. Frank gave orders shortly after the baby was born

to name their new son Kedac, after the medication that

was used to treat and ease his agony. He proposed that if

Kedac and his spouse accepted, maybe the new baby

might ease their suffering.

Did KEDAC turn out to bring a relief? You will soon find

out.
KEDAC grew up to be extremely covetous. Despite his

mother's new employment, his parents are unable to

provide him with everything he requires, as his parents'

friends do. He is constantly bothering his parents to get

him what his peers get.

After several years. Kedac is now an adolescent in his early

twenties, yet this habit hasn't left him.

One day, he had a strong desire to acquire his own vehicle

but didn't have the money to do so. Kedac sought for ways

to make money but couldn't find anything viable. One

night, while heading home from work, he observed a

parked rickshaw on the street that appeared to be in fine

shape.
Kedac began to consider how he could obtain the

rickshaw without paying for it. When nightfall arrived and

the rickshaw remained, Kedac carried out his plan. He

shattered the lock with a metal rod, and before he knew it,

he was driving away in his new car.

For several weeks, Kedac felt pleased of himself, but he

couldn't shake the sensation that he wasn't cut out to be a

criminal. But it was too late to turn back. One night, Kedac

was riding his stolen rickshaw when he heard sirens

behind him. He suddenly lost control of the rickshaw and

smashed into a scaffolding on the street.

The police caught him red-handed, and Kedac was taken

into custody. Under the list of offenders arraigned to the

court later on, Kedac's name was found there and it was

written thus;
KEDAC: He still Rickshaw At Night Scaffold

Never forget, Covetousness Kill!

Contentment with God is a great gain!!

That was a very powerful lesson, more than the lesson, I

will show you how to use that story to know the deficiency

of all Vitamins.
