Hi judges.
I am Fikri, and I am honored to stand before you today to share a glimpse into my
coffee journey, intertwined with my experiences here at Starbucks.

PROLOG Before I join Starbucks, I am just like other people that doesn’t like coffee
because its bitterness. However, my perspective changed when I became part of
Starbucks. I discovered that coffee is more than just a beverage; it's a connection
between me as a barista and our customers, a way to brighten their days.

But yes. my journey with coffee didn't stop there. I was always eager to explore
different ways to enjoy it. Unlike espresso, which symbolizes the fast-paced nature
of modern life, I found solace in manual brew methods.

Judges, on this card, you'll find the key points of my presentation.


Firstly, I'll be preparing a manual brew coffee for you, please sit back and enjoy.

BRIDG Today, I'm excited to share with you a coffee close to my heart – Guatemala Casi
ING Cielo, taken from the highest mountain in Guatemala. Now, as we know that this
beans been in Starbucks as seasonal whole beans for several years.

To elevate the harmony of this beans i’m using a flat bottom. So my recipe today:
(Brewing)
230ml water
With temperature 90degres celcius
So judges the total brew time for today will be 2 minutes and 30seconds

Costa Rica coffee is interesting from Starbucks Reserve. Through the washed
fermentation process method, and his beans get varietal caturra and catuai.

Judges, this coffee has been around since 1999. In Latin America, Tres Rios one
of the smallest coffee growing regions in costa rica, but it’s also one of the best
his beans get the microclimate’s hot days and cool night

This coffee represents our long standing partnership with Bella Vista Farm. Bella
Vista plantation background is committed and dedicated to producing delicious
coffee with a chocolate hazelnut flavor and also orange flavor, in this area coffee
farmers produce coffee after year.

This coffee more than 20years is one of the last standing farm in the area after
years of urban development

LATTE ART For the last drink, I will be making Latte Art with a Flower and Swan
(Sebelum Pour) pattern on it.

of Ristretto and a warm heat to steam the milk to have the ideal foam thickness
for each glass, it will only take a moment.
