Note : there is no relation between volume and pitch of sound .

Sound can be found with loud volume and low or high pitch and vise
versa.

How to change the pitch :

High pitch : by short length of vibrating object like column of air, short
string,thin string and tight skin of drum.

Low pitch : by long length of vibrating object like column of air , long
string, thick string , loose skin of drum.
