3. General comments
Why should the applicant be considered for a Scholarship?
To the esteemed members of the Australian Award Scholarship Selection Committee,

I am writing to you today to express my unequivocal support for Putri Khairunnisa's application for your prestigious scholarship
program. As someone who has had the honor of serving as Putri's mentor and bearing witness to her extraordinary journey, I can
state with the utmost confidence that she possesses a rare combination of outstanding qualities and an unwavering commitment to
excellence.

From the moment Putri set foot in our institution, her academic brilliance was undeniable. Her exceptional performance in my unit at
the Radiology Department, Dental Education Hospital, Hasanuddin University (Unhas), where she earned a final grade of A, is a
clear indication of her intellectual curiosity and tireless work ethic. However, what truly distinguishes Putri is her ability to excel not
only within the confines of the classroom but also in the face of new and unfamiliar challenges. Her participation in the Indonesian
Olympiad of Dentomaxillofacial Radiology 2018, a field in which she had no prior experience, exemplified her willingness to step
outside her comfort zone and her remarkable capacity to adapt and flourish in uncharted territories.

Upon the successful completion of her clinical clerkship study in 2020, Putri embarked on a new chapter in her professional life,
serving as a dentist at the Community Health Center in Tada, Central Sulawesi. Despite the physical distance that separated her
from her alma mater, Putri's loyalty and commitment to her roots remained unshakable. In August 2021, when called upon to
contribute to the study programme accreditation through an online interview, Putri's incisive insights and eloquent responses left an
indelible impression on the panel.

Moreover, in my capacity as the Dean of the Dentistry Faculty at UNHAS, I had the privilege of witnessing Putri's unwavering
dedication firsthand when I sought her assistance in the production of course learning videos for our new curriculum in 2023. Her
meticulous attention to detail and her ability to review and standardize the course presentations to meet the exacting criteria for
ideal educational videos resulted in the creation of 23 exceptional resources. Putri's steadfast commitment to excellence and her
ability to deliver outstanding results, even under the most pressing of circumstances, are truly praiseworthy.

In summation, Putri Khairunnisa embodies the very qualities that your scholarship program seeks to foster and celebrate in its
recipients. Her academic brilliance, coupled with her ability to deftly navigate complex challenges, her unwavering loyalty, and her
tireless drive to contribute to the betterment of her alma mater, make her an ideal candidate for this prestigious opportunity. It is with
the utmost conviction that I recommend Putri for this scholarship, as I am certain that she will not only excel in her studies in
Australia but also make a profound and lasting impact in her future endeavors.

Should you require any additional information regarding Putri's exceptional abilities and boundless potential, please do not hesitate
to contact me. Thank you for considering her application.
