Copy of Office Employee ID Card-front and Appointment
/ Promotion / Increment letter.
Last 3 months Salary slip.
Last 6 months bank statement (Salary credit and other
bank accounts, if any)
Last 2 Years Form 16 required. (PART A & PART B)
Those who do not have the Form 16 should give the
Form 26AS
Previous employment proof if the current job is less
than 2 years
Existing loan details - Last 1 year loan a/c statement (if
availed)
Any other supportive documents as may be required
during process
