This communication refers to Memorandum No. SRM-24-OOl, dated January 15, 2024,
concerning the Schedule of Application for Graduation for A.y. 2023-2024. Students
expecting to graduate in August of the academic year 2O23-2024 are urged to file an
Application for Graduation at the earliest convenience. Notably, the filing of the
application with the SRMD office through the Dean of the College can commence four (4)
weeks after the regular enrollment period during their last semester at the university.

It is crucial that the concerned students are well-informed of their responsibility to

ensure all graduation requirements are met. Take advantage of the ample time provided
to avoid potential issues and last-minute applications. Submitting in advance will reduce
queuing time for everyone seeking to submit an application. The data below provides the
number of students who have already submitted their applications for graduation.

Moreover, in preparation for the forthcoming commencement exercises, ALL GRADUANDS

for AY 2023-2024 graduation must have their photos taken by our official photographer,
HIGHLIGHT STUDIO, as they will be included in the university yearbook, Schedule of
photo-shoots per department will be announced on a later date.
