OUR HISTORY
In 1988, Shri Rajesh Maheshwari embarked on this journey with only eight students. Supported by the renowned Biology professor, Dr. K.G. Vaishnava, and later
joined by Dr. Brajesh Maheshwari, ALLEN began its path to unparalleled success. In 1991, ALLEN accomplished a significant milestone with 12 selections in the
Rajasthan Pre Medical Test (PMT), eventually securing the First Rank in Rajasthan PMT in 1995.

The year 2014 witnessed ALLEN's classroom students securing the AIR-1 positions in both the JEE Advanced and AIPMT. Subsequently, in 2016, secured AIR-
1, 2, and 3 in both the JEE Advanced and NEET-UG examinations, and again in 2019, grabbed AIR-1 in both exams. Despite the challenges posed by the global
pandemic in 2020, ALLEN made history in the medical entrance exam arena when a classroom student scored a perfect 720/720 in NEET-UG, securing AIR-1.

The victorious streak continued in 2021 as a classroom student scored 348/360 in JEE (Advanced) and secured AIR-1. Again, in 2022, our classroom student
bagged AIR-1 in NEET-UG. Guided by its directors - Shri Govind Maheshwari, Shri Rajesh Maheshwari, Shri Naveen Maheshwari, and Shri Brajesh Maheshwari -
and blessed by Mother Smt. Krishna Devi Maheshwari and revered Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Shri Jhalaria Peethadhishwar Swami Ji Shri Ghanshyamacharya

1. Scholarship is in the form of Concession in Total Fee (#), student has to claim this by applying in prescribed Scholarship Application Form for Academic Session 2024-25 after admission.

 HOW TO APPLY FOR APPLICATION FORM
1. Online Application Form:
You can fill an Online Application form by making payment of ` 500/- (` 300/- for TALLENTEX-2024 appeared students) through our website i.e., www.allen.ac.in or
download Info-ACIPL Classroom & DLP App from google play store.
2. OMR Application Form:
You can collect Application form from Our Admission Office / Information Centers on payment of ` 700/- only (` 500/- for TALLENTEX-2024 appeared students).
(You need not to purchase an OMR Application Form if you have already filled an Online Application form)
FOR COURSES WHERE ADMISSION MODE IS DIRECT
i. You can fill Online Application Form two days before Class Commencement Date.
ii. You can also send completely filled OMR Application Form with recent Passport size color photograph to our Corporate Office (KOTA) or it can also be
submitted in person at our Admission Office OR Information Center Office.
iii. For smooth completion of Admission Process, your duly filled Application Form must reach us before the commencement of course.
FOR COURSES WHERE ADMISSION MODE IS ALLEN SCHOLARSHIP ADMISSION TEST.
i. You can fill Online Application Form two days before ASAT Date.
ii. You can also send completely filled OMR Application Form with recent Passport size color photograph to our Corporate Office (KOTA) or it can also be
submitted in person at our Admission Office OR Information Center Office.
iii. Generate & print your ASAT admit card from our website and bring the same at the opted ASAT Test Center.

NOTE:
1. To generate and Print your ASAT Admit Card on time your duly filled OMR Application Form must reach at least three days before the ASAT Date.
2. For Admission in a phase, student may appear in any one of the ASAT conducted before the Course Commencement Date.
3. You can appear in only one ASAT through One Application Form.
4. Without Admit Card you will not be allowed to appear in ASAT at Test Center.

FEE DEPOSITION MODE

1. Through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card (No Extra Charges)
Fee can be deposited through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI facility available at our website.
2. Through EMI
You can pay fee in easy EMI at no Extra Cost. For more details visit our website.
3. Through RTGS / NEFT {in case of ASAT, this option is available after confirm selection in ASAT / in case of Direct Admission this option is available after the Form
has been scanned at ALLEN (Offline) or Form No. has been generated (Online)}.
Fee can be deposited by filling details in RTGS form of any bank other than HDFC Bank.

4. Through Cash Deposition in Bank
Fee in cash can also be deposited at any Branch of Central Bank of India / HDFC Bank after downloading Fee Challan from our website. (Bank Charges Extra)
5. Through Credit / Debit Card at office premises
Fee can also be deposited at any Center office by swiping Credit Card / Debit Card. (No Extra Charges)
6. Through CTS Cheque
Fee can also be deposited through Single Crossed CTS Cheque of the requisite amount at any of our corporate office and admission office.
(i) CTS Cheque should be in favour of "ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE PVT. LTD." from Nationalized Bank, payable at center office where fees is being submitted.
(ii) Student must write his/her Name, Form Number, Mobile No. on the back side of CTS Cheque.
(iii) Please ensure balance in the account before depositing the Fee by Cheque. Cutting & over writing is not allowed. CTS Cheque should be issued from the bank
account of either student himself or his/her father / mother only. (Third party cheque not allowed)
A. BY POST: CTS Cheque can be sent through post / courier. Make sure that FEE must be received at our Corporate Office / Admission Office three days before
the course commencement date.
B. BY HAND: To deposit CTS Cheque by hand at our office, first the student has to collect a pre-printed Fee Challan from our any Admission Office and fill it
carefully before depositing.
Important Points to Remember
(i) Fee Deposition Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
(ii) Fee in cash is not accepted at our office. Fee in cash can be deposited only at bank branch/counter.
(iii) In case of Cheque Return by any reason, Student will not be allowed in class with immediate effect & legal action will be taken under the Negotiable Instrument
Act. (CTS Cheque Return charge ` 500/-)

In case of ASAT : Fee can be deposited only after qualifying the Test for courses where ASAT (ALLEN Scholarship Admission Test) is applicable. Student may
deposit their fee through any one of the above modes.

 HOW TO APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIP
1. Scholarship Eligibility Criteria are mentioned in the relevant Course Page of this Information Booklet and on our website.
2. Prescribed Scholarship Application Form can be obtained from our Admission Office.
3. Scholarship request made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case.
4. To avail the scholarship, student has to produce required Documents in Original for Verification & submit Photocopy (as mentioned below) along with the Scholarship
Application form at the earliest at our Corporate Office (KOTA) / Admission Office.
5. Last date to submit Scholarship Application Form is 30/09/2024. No application for scholarship thereafter shall be accepted in any case.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Students of whom Result of XII Board / NEET (UG) 2024 / JEE (Main) 2024 / JEE (Main+Adv.) 2024 is awaited at the time of Admission can also Apply for
Scholarship at later stage (before last date) with the below mentioned documents, if eligible.
2. In case of Applying for Scholarship after taking Admission you can avail scholarship either:
a. At the time of paying 2nd Installment
b. By applying for Scholarship Disbursement.
3. Disbursement of Scholarship will be credited in Father / Mother / Student Bank Account by 30/09/2024 or 1 month from the date of Application (whichever is later)
through NEFT / RTGS only. For this you have to submit cancelled cheque or bank passbook first page copy along with scholarship form.
4. Scholarship provided on the basis of Class XII (result declared in 2024) will be provided in Current Academic Session (2024-25) only.
5. Scholarship provided on the basis of CBSE XII Board / ICSE XII Board (TS04, TS06, MS04, MS06, ES04, ES06) will be counted on the basis of aggregate of all subjects
as mentioned in Marksheet.
6. Scholarship provided on the basis of NEET (UG) 2024 / JEE (Main) 2024 / JEE (Main+Adv.) 2024 will be provided only in Current Academic Session (2024-25) only.
7. Scholarship awarded in ASAT will be on the basis of students performance.
8. The Scholarship amount will be calculated on either: (a) Total amount in case of installment payment, OR (b) Lump sum amount in one-time payment.
9. Scholarship for siblings will be available only for real brother / sister (s).
10. A student is eligible for only one scholarship at a time, No two criteria can be clubbed to avail deduction in Fee at ALLEN.

 HOW TO APPLY FOR FEE REFUND
1. Last Date to Apply for First Refund and Last Refund is mentioned on relevant Course Page of th is Information Booklet and in your Fee Challan Fee Receipt.
Amount Deductible in First Refund Case and Last Refund Case (towards Administrative & Academic Expenses) are also mentioned in the relevant Course Page of
this Information Booklet / our website and Fee Challan.
2. Prescribed Refund Application Form can be obtained from Admission Office and can also be downloaded from our website.
3. Refund request made verbally or through phone / email / fax shall not be entertained in any case.
4. Refund Application in the prescribed format will be accepted along with Original Fee Receipt, ALLEN Identity Card & Attendance Card. No refund will be made
after the Last Refund Date, except special cases as below.
5. Refund will be credited in Father / Mother / Student Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only. For this you have to submit Cancelled Cheque or Bank
Passbook first page copy along with Refund Form.
6. Refund rules are SAME even
a. If a student joins class after commencement date or
b. If a student doesn't join or attend even a single class at all or
c. If a student apply for refund before commencement of the class.

Refund in Special Case After Last Refund Date

1. If an enrolled Student get Admission in any Medical / Engineering College (for which he has taken Admission) located in India for MBBS / BDS / B.Tech. / B.E. /
B.Arch. only through any Competitive Examination, refund will be made after deducting amount equivalent to Last Refund amount out of Fee Paid. Refund shall
not be payable if amount paid is less than amount equivalent to Last Refund amount.
2. Refund of fee will be applicable only for the aforesaid courses. Refund will not be made for B.Pharma / B.YNS / B. Physiotherapy / B.VSc, B.Sc. and other
Courses.
3. Last date for such special case refund is 30/09/2024.
4. For this following documents must be submitted along with prescribed Refund Application Form.
a. Original Fee Receipt of ALLEN. b. Identity Card of ALLEN.
c. Attendance Card of ALLEN. d. Photo Copy of College Call Letter / Counseling Letter.
e. Fee Receipt of College Admission.
5. Refund application on the ground of severe disease may be considered by the management committee, after passing Last Refund date on submission of Medical
Prescription / Report.

IMPORTANT POINTS
1. Admission in a particular course at a particular location is subjected to availability of seats.
2. Keep your fee receipt safely, in many cases it will work as an authentic proof of your registration at ALLEN.
3. Student can collect Attendance Card by showing the original fee receipt after receiving SMS from ALLEN.
4. After completing the Admission process student's Batch & Building details will be sent to him/her by SMS on Father’s / Mother’s Mobile number, 2 days before
class commencement. After that he/she has to report in the Institute / Class Venue along with his/her Attendance Card, on the date & time as specified in SMS.
5. After Fee Deposition Course / Phase / Stream / Study Center Change is permissible (subject to availability of seat and performance of the student) on payment of
prescribed fee as per list given below along with the difference of Course Fee :

 ABOUT ALLEN SCHOLARSHIP ADMISSION TEST
About ASAT : ASAT is consists of multiple choice questions as per the topic wise syllabus. A student has to qualify ALLEN Scholarship Admission Test to take Admission
in Yearlong ALLEN Classroom Program at PATNA Center. To register for ASAT, either fill the Application Form available at ALLEN PATNA Center or apply online at
http://www.allen.ac.in. ASATs are conducted on scheduled dates for Admission in the Courses starting on various dates.

 IMPORTANT RULES
1 A good coaching system increases the possibility of selection of students in the
competitive examination. Taking Admission in ALLEN doesn't guarantee Selection in any
competitive examination OR Admission in any Medical or Engineering College.
2 Before finalizing the admission at ALLEN student & parents himself has to ensure the
basic eligibility (such as age, qualification, domicile, no. of attempt, physical fitness etc.)
for the target Competitive Examinations. ALLEN can not be held responsible for any such
mistakes or any kind of legal liabilities on part of the students / parents.
3 At the time of taking admission in ALLEN, furnishing any wrong information in Application
Form by the student or if student is engrossed in any undesirable activity, then ALLEN
Institute secures the sole right to cancel the admission.
4 ALLEN reserves the sole right to admission, scholarship scheme, methodology and
process of teaching, change in classes / batch / test schedule, removal or change in
class venue / test center and time to time alteration of rules and regulations. Parents are
requested to read all rules related to course fee, refund & scholarships available in this
Information Booklet before taking admission at ALLEN.
5 The refund rules are mentioned in Information Booklet of ALLEN institute. Last date to apply for
refund is also mentioned in the fee receipt which is provided at the time of taking admission. After
this, refund is not valid. Fee deposited once would not be refunded after schedule date of refund.
6 ALLEN does not authorise any person/employee/lecturer to accept fee in cash.
7 ALLEN does not have any concern with Hostel/Mess facility. However, large number of
convenient Hostel/Mess are available in the vicinity of ALLEN for which students are
independent to make his/her own arrangement as per their desire or need.
8 ALLEN does not have any tie-up with any school for schooling, however good number
of schools are located in the vicinity of ALLEN. Student has to make his/her own
arrangements for admission.
9 Number of All India ASAT Centers in various cities are being operated to conduct the Admission Test
as per the norms and standards laid down by ALLEN. Any of these center can be changed/cancelled.
10 Institute gives high priority to discipline & have strict norms to maintain the discipline.
Students are not allowed in campus without Identity Card in any case. Misconduct, using
of mobile phones in campus or any sort of damage to Institute's / Test Center’s property
will result into serious action against guilty (including permanent rustication from the
institute without refund of fee followed by other legal proceedings).
11 If a student remains absent from Class / Test, Institute may take an action as deemed fit
against such student.
12 ALLEN can not be held responsible if any student is found involved in any type of anti-
social activity, committing a crime or any unpleasant incident with oneself within and
outside ALLEN premise. ALLEN reserves sole right to cancel the Admission against any
involvement in criminal and illegal activity.
13 Decision of ALLEN management shall be final and binding for any other point not covered
in this Information Booklet.
14 Student / Parents shall be responsible for their belongings ( i.e. vehicle, bag, mobile &
helmet etc.) and well-being ALLEN shall not take any responsibility of the same.
15 If a student displays disciplinary issues and /or on the basis of advice received from
ALLEN's psychological counsellor in cases where a student is found displaying
behavioural, emotional, psychological, and /or academic distress, ALLEN reserves the
right to switch the centre of a student, or switch the course of a student from offline to
online mode, or cancel the admission of a student.
Upon being informed by ALLEN of the occurrence of any of the incidents or events stated
hereinbefore, the parents/guardians of the student undertake to be responsible for
coming and collecting their ward without any delay or demur.
