Topic 3.1
Audit Halal Dalaman
(a) Pihak syarikat dan/ atau pemohon hendaklah
mewujudkan prosedur bagi pelaksanaan audit
halal dalaman syarikat; (Rujuk Lampiran D)

(b) Audit halal dalaman hendaklah dilaksanakan


sekurang-kurangnya satu (1) kali setahun pada setiap
cawangan/ rangkaian premis;

(c) Juruaudit halal dalaman hendaklah mempunyai


Sijil Internal Halal Auditing/ Sijil Eksekutif Halal
daripada PLH yang berdaftar di bawah HPB;
Audit Halal Dalaman
(d) Juruaudit halal dalaman hendaklah dilantik secara
rasmi oleh JKHD;
(e) Audit halal dalaman hendaklah merangkumi
aspek pematuhan terhadap prosedur Pensijilan Halal
Malaysia dan HCP; (Rujuk Audit Halal Dalaman
Lampiran E)
(f) Penemuan ketidakakuran pada audit halal
dalaman dan tindakan pembetulan hendaklah
dilaksanakan dengan kadar segera dan disahkan oleh
JKHD;

rasmi oleh JKHD;
