OUR PRODUCTS
GEOGREEN BLANKET 
A unique bioengineered geo-composite made from non-woven natural
fibres and woven synthetic lattice encompassing all functions of
geotextile to meet the challenges of surface soil erosion.

Geogreen Blanket has been widely applied in various NHAI projects

and Railway projects as a replacement for stone pitching. It has always
been well appreciated and certified by user companies.

ADVANTAGES OF
GEOGREEN BLANKET :

 Arrests immediate
migration of soil
SVFUPL  Protective shield preventing
action of rain beat and
reducing surface run off
 Favors development of
dense vegetation
 Higher tensile strength
 Performs well on steep
slopes of 60
 Takes the contour of the
slope

APPLICATION - GECB IN TRANSPORT
GREEN HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
Green highways are a new
concept integrating transport
with ecological
sustainability. The
embankments of the
highways can have a
sustainable alternative for SVFUPL
stabilization of the slopes.

SVFUPL

Pg. 5
SVFUPL

Geogreen Blanket can

successfully stabilize the
surface of the slopes from
erosion as well as develop
green embankments. It is
economical and incurs
huge financial benefits to
SVFUPL the construction
companies.

Pg. 6
GREEN REINFORCED EARTH WALLS

Geogreen Blanket can be used

on reinforced earth walls
constructed on highways for
providing strength to steep walls
and stabilizing unstable slopes.
GECB favors rapid growth of
vegetation on these slopes and
SVFUPL
help in stabilizing them better.
This technology accounts for
major cost saving for the
construction company.

SVFUPL

Pg. 7
RURAL ROAD CONSTRUCTION
Construction of roads in rural
areas is in itself a very
challenging job. Construction
activities would result in
exposure of the slopes for
surface run off due to erosion.
This can be very well SVFUPL
prevented by rapid
revegetation on these slopes.
GECB would ensure growth of
this vegetative cover. In
addition, this technology fits
well in the budget of rural
road construction.

STABILIZATION OF STEEP HILL SLOPE
Steep cut slope of Highway
embankment can be stabilized by
cost effective unique combination of
Geogreen Blanket reinforced by
metal chain link net. The Geogreen
Blanket helps in arresting migration
of fine soil particles & developing
vegetation whereas chain link net SVFUPL
provides slope stability.
