Sharing Configurations, Quotations
You can share configuration or quotations with others. You can obtain shared configurations, quotations from others in My Share for further review, or
modification.

Select configurations and click Share.

Select Quotation and click Share.

Enter the email address and account of the

recipient and set the validity period (days) of
the shared quotation.
When sharing a quotation or project, you
can click Share to specify whether to share
the commercial discount information.

 Note:
• In the address book on the right pane of the Share
page, you can view the Recent Contacts
• You can click to create new group manually. And
also, you can double-click the contacts in the
address book to add them to Recipient directly.

 Note:
• When you share a quotation for the first time, Validity (day) is 90 days by default. You can select 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, 60 days, or
90 days. Your selection will be remembered.
• You can select or deselect Share commerce information for a common quotation. For a non-common quotation, Share commerce
information is selected by default and cannot be modified.
• By default, Share commerce information is selected to transfer the discount information to the recipients.
• If you do not select Share commerce information for a common quotation, the internal discount, customer discount, part discount,
implicit efficient, and exchange rate are restored to the default values during sharing.
Submitting a Quotation

 Note:
Quotations whose product configuration status
2 is error cannot be submitted.

Click Submit.
