01. ARCHITECT DRAWING
DESIGN SOFTWARES DESIGN & MANUFACTURING STANDARDS
Receive client’s required information such as architect drawing,
location, load,… to propose solutions that are suitable for the
client’s budget.

02. DESIGN AND CALCULATION During the design process, WORLDSTEEL GROUP currently adheres to the following
latest softwares such as SAP, American standards. However, we can design according to
Engineering experts offer optimal design solutions that meet the Staadpro, Etabs, Autocad, the specific requirements of our clients, including American,
original architect requirement and comply with the standard code. Tekla,… are applied. European, Japanese, or Vietnamese standards (TCVN).

03. APPROVAL DRAWING

Submit to client the APD Drawing including: Anchor Bolts Plan,

Cross Section, Sidewall & end wall elevation and connection detail,
to help client check with the architect and approve.

04. BIM MODEL DESIGN

Build 3D models to double check the architecture and structures,

make sure there are no technical issues before releasing fabrication
drawings. IBC 2024 International AISC 360-22

05. SHOP DRAWING

Implement and issue detailed shop drawings for the project

06. ERECTION DRAWING AISI S100-2020: North American Specification ASCE/SEI 7-22: Minimum
The erection drawing is shown with Marked Part Number of all for the Design of Cold-Formed Steel Structural Design - Loads for Buildings
Steel Components to avoid the mistakes in the erection stage.
The Erection Department cross - check the drawings and erection
solution during the fabrication stage.

07. AS-BUILT DRAWING

After completing all stages of construction and erection, the
Engineering team will make as-built drawings for the project
based on the design control process and actual construction at
MBMA 2018 Metal AWS D1.1/D1.1M: 2020
the construction site.

FACTORY
TONGWEI Group is the number one Chinese company in the
field of manufacturing aquatic food. The group has more than
110 subsidiaries, distributed throughout China and Southeast
Asia. Tien Giang Tongwei is a large-scale project located in
the southwestern key point, after completion, the factory will
provide aquatic food for the entire Southwestern region.
WORLDSTEEL GROUP takes on the role of EPC contractor
for this project.

FACTORY
After the success of the Tien Giang TongWei project, WORLD
STEEL was trusted by the investor TONGWEI group, continuing
to undertake the Hai Duong TongWei project. This is a key project
in the North, after completion, the factory will provide aquatic
food for the whole Northern region. WORLD STEEL is the EPC
contractor of the Hai Duong Tongwei project.

Sheng Long aquatic food factory project is one of the
large-scale production factory projects, built on an area of
52,000m2, located in Cong Hoa Industrial Park, Chi Linh, Hai
Duong. WorldSteel Group assumes the role of project EPC
contractor, implementing the entire project with large items
such as: raw material warehouses A1+A2, finished product
warehouse, packaging warehouse, office building, parking

Vinh Long Hai Dai aquatic feed factory officially held
a groundbreaking ceremony on August 16, 2023.
With a total area of 20,000m², total capacity of
200,000 tons per year. Once completed, the factory
will provide a full range of high quality products to
farmers in the Western market - a key seafood region
of Viet Nam.
