Great, I’m with Sell Cars Here and the reason for the call is because you were working with
one of our smaller car buyers, and they asked us to reach out and see if we can get you a
better offer than they were able to.

Alright, let me verify a few things with you.

What’s the mileage on it?

Does it need a jumpstart?

Any mechanical issues?

Are there any noticeable dents or scratches?

Are there any noticeable dents or scratches?

If there's body damage from accident - It's OK to PROBE about the body damage, at times
body damages prevents the vehicle from starting and driving
If they mentioned body damage, Ask questions like "Any broken or missing parts?" "Did the
Air Bags Deploy?" “Cracks in the windshield or lights?”

How’s the inside? Any seats torn?

Any sun fading or surface rust?

Are any tires flat or missing?

And do you have the VIN # by any chance?

Lastly, what color is the vehicle, and do you have the keys?

If the seller can't provide the VIN -- it's ok -- proceed to Get Offer

If Eval asked us to DD:
