Subject: First demand notice for payment of Overdue Amount under the Facility ("First Demand
Notice")

Dear Sir/Madam,

Under instructions from and on behalf of our clients, that is, Shuhari Tech Ventures Private Limited, a
company within the meaning of the Companies Act, 2013 having corporate office at 2nd floor, UrbanVault,
Indiranagar, 2024, 16th Main Rd, HAL 2nd Stage, Kodihalli, Bengaluru– 560008 (“Our Client”), we hereby
serve upon you this First Demand Notice.

1. That Our Client is a lending service provider to IIFL Finance Limited having its registered office at: IIFL
House Sun Infotech Park Road No. 16V Plot No. B-23 Thane Industrial Area Wagle Estate Thane -
400064, its corporate office at: IIFL House Sun Infotech Park Road No. 16V Plot No. B-23 Thane
Industrial Area Wagle Estate Thane - 400064 and a branch office at: IIFL House Sun Infotech Park
Road No. 16V Plot No. B-23 Thane Industrial Area Wagle Estate Thane - 400064 (“IIFL” ) and
operates a digital lending platform by the name of “NIRA”.

2. That Our Client has been duly authorized by IIFL to undertake collection and recovery activities for and
on behalf of IIFL, in relation to personal loan facilities sanctioned by IIFL to its borrowers through Nira.

3. That IIFL is a non-banking financial institution and is duly authorized by Reserve Bank of India to operate
and offer various financial products and/or services to its customers/borrowers as per the scope of its
authorization.

4. That IIFL (in its capacity as the "Lender") had sanctioned to you (in your capacity as the “Borrower”) a
personal loan of INR. 18,500 ("Facility"), pursuant to execution of facility documents dated 06-Oct-2023
("Facility Documents") between you and IIFL.

5. As per the terms and conditions agreed and accepted by you under the Facility Documents, Our Client
(acting for and on behalf of IIFL) has informed us that you have wilfully failed and neglected to honour
your commitment for making payments towards the repayment of Instalment/s under the Facility on
respective Due Date(s). Kindly note there is an overdue of INR. 3316 ("Overdue Amount") under the
Facility since 05-Apr-2024 and you are requested to immediately make payments to IIFL of the aforesaid
Overdue Amount together with late payment charges/default interest/other charges as may be specified
in your Statement for the month of April. The detailed break-up of the Overdue Amount is also specified
as under:

6. Accordingly, we for and on behalf Our Client (acting for and on behalf of IIFL), hereby call upon you to
pay the Overdue Amount as indicated in paragraph 2 above to IIFL and remedy the payment default
forthwith, that is, not later than 3 (three) days from the date of this First Demand Notice to avoid the
unpleasantness of any legal proceedings.

7. Save as expressly provided in this First Demand Notice, the Facility Documents remain and shall
continue to remain in full force and effect.

8. All capitalized terms used but not defined in this First Demand Notice shall have their respective
meanings assigned to them under the Facility Documents.

9. This First Demand Notice is being issued to you for and on behalf of IIFL without prejudice to any of the
rights or remedies available to IIFL under law or contract, all of which are hereby expressly reserved.
Further, no failure to exercise, nor any delay in exercising, on IIFL's part, any of its rights or remedies
under law or contract, shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise by IIFL of
any of its rights or remedies prevent any further or other exercise of any other right or remedy by IIFL.
