CANDIDATES SHOULD NOTE THAT:

1. This Photocard will be used to admit candidates into the examination hall.
2. This Photocard is not transferable.
3. Change of both Name and Passport Photograph cannot be entertained BUT ONLY
ONE can be corrected before the end of the registration period.
4. Other Non-Validation cases involving Gender, Date of Birth, Subject(s), State,
Local Government Area and correction of letter(s) in Name would be entertained
before the end of the examination.
5. The Council reserves the right to withdraw this photocard if further screening reveals
that it was obtained through any form of irregularity.
