This is reference to our work order no 4561546617 Dated 22-12-2024 for 20-12-2024 no of approved manpower and

We M/s MSKRJ Industries declare that:


1. We are a law abiding company/agency/partner and have never indulge into any default in any organisation in
the past towards any statutory /non statutory compliances.
2. We have obtained all statutory compliance registration and licences as per Factory Act/ Mines Act./ BOCW
Act/ Shop & Establishment Act and complied with PF/ESIC/Leave/Gratuity/Bonus Act etc.
3. We hold valid licence and registrations to carry out the work order as per company norms.
4. All our workers/associates/operators/engineers/supervisors/drivers/officers/staff are well educated, versed
and oriented with all safety awareness and culturally fit to the JSP/JSOL.
5. All our workers/associates/operators/engineers/supervisors/drivers/officers/staff are well educated on various
acts like PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus etc. and known to the facts/benefits related.
6. All our workers/associates/operators/engineers/supervisors/drivers/officers/staff have the relevant
documents like education, Voter ID, Addhar Card, Bank Details, UAN Nos, ESIC nos, police verification NOC and
can produce at the time of requirement by JSP/JSOL.
7. All our workers/associates/operators/engineers/supervisors/drivers/officers/staff have the police
clearance/verification certificate & NOC and character certificate and never involved in any kind of
illegal/criminal/violence in the past.
8. All our workers/associates/operators/engineers/supervisors/drivers/officers/staff during work inside the plant
of JSP/JSOL will never involve in any kind of violence/ agitation/theft/unlawful activities as per the rules of the
company and will abide by all the rules and policy of the company JSP/JSOL.
9. All our workers/associates/operators/engineers/supervisors/drivers/officers/staff will always support and
cooperate and follow in all queries/ initiates/directives /rules/policies of the company JSP/JSOL.
10. All our workers/associates/operators/engineers/supervisors/drivers/officers/staff possess good moral
character, civic sense, ethics & values and will maintain all discipline and cleanliness all around the plant and
premises and will never involve any local unlawful activities.
11. All our workers/associates/operators/engineers/supervisors/drivers/officers/staff will follow 100% online
punching attendance system and will be always punctual as per time office and duty time, will never
misbehave/conduct, will never unnecessarily miss duty unless medical /other pnl emergencies and will never
do any act which will affect/impact JSP/JSOL business or man-hour losses.
12. Any financial loss/any kind of damages/brand impact arises due to the act of our workmen, we will be always
ready to compensate any penalties without any hesitations as per company rule.
13. We will pay wages and compliance of our workmen/staff as per company rule before 7th of each month. We
are ready to pay any penalties due to default/delay towards timely wages, statutory compliances like
PF/ESIC/any other benefits as will be asked by govt authorities due to our negligence/act by us as an law
abiding company/agency.

We declared that above information are true and we will sustain the decorum and abide to the rules and
regulations that will be enforced time to time.
