Vision 2047
Transforming India's future
“The children of today will make the India of tomorrow”
Jawaharlal Nehru

TEDx THEME
Viksit Bharat @2047 is the vision to make India a developed nation by 2047.

The vision encompasses various aspects of development, including

economic growth, social progress, environmental sustainability, and good

governance. Join us as we witness the groundbreaking ideas our students

have to propel India towards becoming a developed nation.

1. Rithika Dakshi | Grade 8
The Harmony City
Let's envision a city that stands as a testament to unity, tolerance, and shared prosperity. Imagine a
place where people of all cultures, religions, backgrounds, and races coexist in perfect harmony—a
city that embraces diversity not as a challenge but as a source of strength and inspiration.

2. Raahini Siriyala | Grade 8

The Green Dream
Picture a community where waste, both garbage and recyclables, is systematically collected—a
community committed to reducing, reusing, and recycling. By effectively managing our waste
disposal, we can prevent 20 million tons of waste from reaching our landfills annually. Join me, and let's
explore how we can turn this vision into reality.

3. Sahasra Pantam | Grade 7

Recycling Revolution
We all wish to recycle but lack awareness of how to go about it. Join me to discover how my concept
facilitates the pickup of your recyclables and even offers compensation in the process.

4. Dharani Addagunta | Grade 6

The Car Mask
Vehicular emissions are a major cause of air pollution in India's major cities. The transportation sector
in India emits an estimated 261 tonnes of CO2, with road transport contributing 95%. Can anything be
done to curb this? Yes, and I have an idea that will eliminate the causes instantly. Join me and find out
how this will change the way to live and breathe.

5. Mokshita Buddula | Grade 7

Hospital on Wheels
Normally, a hospital has a serving radius of 10km, which only helps a limited number of people. This is
an issue in rural areas as there aren't many hospitals available to cater to all the areas. We need an
alternative to solve the health issues in rural areas. My idea is to build a mobile hospital, join me and see
how it will change the way we treat patients.
6. Deekshita Buddula | Grade 7
Edutainment
With the excessive use of phones and tablets by children, instead of refraining them, we can create
apps that will help them study by playing games rather than wasting time. This can be summarized in 1
word, 'Edutainment'. Join me to see how the app works.

7. Aditya Karthikeya | Grade 5

Trash to Treasure
We recycle, but how many of us use upcycled products? Are we aware of the technological
transformation that is taking place in the world of upcycling? There are plenty of upcycled products
that can change the way we build houses or even the clothes we wear.

8. Sai Suchitra Reddy | Grade 8

Study CaptAIn
We all wish to recycle but lack awareness of how to go about it. Join me to discover how my concept
facilitates the pickup of your recyclables and even offers compensation in the process.

9. Hemant Bhargava | Grade 8

Water Conservation
Flooding of roads, mosquito issues, pests, etc. are some of the problems caused by rain floods. The
issue is not just excessive rain, but also with conserving rain. In other words, we can solve the majority
of our water scarcity and rainwater issues by harvesting rain. Join me as we go on a journey on how
water conservation can save millions of lives.

10. Srikar Gonapa | Grade 6
