Job Description: Holiday Cruise Expert (Sales Development)

Work Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Cordelia Cruises and generate interest and close the
sales on call.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
• Identify and understand customer needs, and tailor solutions to match their requirements.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services to address customer inquiries.
• Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our products/services.
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
• Continuously improve sales techniques through ongoing training and self-development.
• Provide regular reports on call outcomes, sales conversions, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain professionalism, positivity, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to position them effectively.

Key Skills:
• Proven experience in Tele-sales, tele marketing or similar role with successful track record of meeting or
exceeding sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and establish positive
relationship over the phone.
• Strong persuasion skills to close deals and handle objections effectively.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of calls.

• This is a full time position, requiring your dedicated commitment to our sales initiatives and customer engagement.
• Six Days Working: The Holiday Cruise Expert position involves a six-day workweek, enabling you to maximize
your efforts in reaching out to potential customers and achieving sales goals.
• Rotational Week Off: We offer one-day rotational week off schedule.
• Reporting to Team Leader: The Holiday Cruise Expert will report directly to the respective Team manager.
