Re: Demand for Return of Property Illegally Taken by Conversion

Dear Tumbleweed MHP L.L.C.,

I am writing to demand the immediate return of my property that was unlawfully taken from 250 W
27th St, Yuma, Arizona republic, Tumbleweed MHP, Lot #20 on or around August 15th-16th, 2023. As
you are aware, the property in question rightfully belongs to me and was unlawfully seized by you or
your representatives without my consent, constituting an act of conversion under Arizona law.
The following list of items along with their respective fair market values, were wrongfully taken from
me:

• I have attempted to contact Manny at 928-920-6911 regarding the return of the property
and disposition of my cat ”Liberty” 5 kittens, but my requests have gone unanswered,
save one time in November, he said he’d find out and call back(he has not called
back)This lack of response is unacceptable and further exacerbates the situation.
I hereby provide you with a reasonable opportunity to comply with this demand and return the
aforementioned property 10(ten) days from the date of this letter. Failure to comply with this demand

will leave me with no choice but to pursue all available legal remedies to recover my property or there
fair market value, including but not limited to filing a lawsuit in a court of law. Please be aware that
such legal action may result in additional costs and damages being sought against you.

Furthermore, I remind you that conversion of another person's property is a serious offense(lessor of
what you have done) under Arizona law and may result in significant legal consequences for you and
any other party involved in the unlawful taking of my property.
I strongly urge you to rectify this matter promptly and amicably by returning my property as requested.
