Introduction
Circular Road:
❖ Circular Road is one of the busiest road
of Faisalabad due to its commercial Circular Road
significance.
❖ It is the center of all the commercial
activities in Faisalabad as all the main
markets are connected with it.
❖ The road is a hot spot for both the Figure-6 Google Map of Circular Road
shoppers and the shopkeepers, thousands
of people from Faisalabad and its
periphery move to Circular Road daily.
❖ The road is always busy with heavy
traffic and people from early morning to
late at night because most of the shops
are providing their services in these
timings.

Problem Statement
We find a problem for traffic volume and erratic driver behavior on
the selected road network, need to analyze the root causes behind
these phenomena using calibration and micro-simulation and
develop effective strategies to mitigate congestion, enhance safety,
and improve overall traffic flow.
