1.My questions about life and my efforts
for self-development (including UHV)
 >>>The one main and important question I have about life is
Why are we alive and what is our purpose in this life we're leading.
The questions I have are why does things happen and how do they
affect the way we lead our lives afterwards.
Speaking about me, I am a guy who doesn't bother much about
things that affect only me, I do care about everyone. I think my
purpose in life is to lead a healthy family and life together in a good
way, and make this society a better place to live.

2. Understanding/assumptions/sanskar,
feelings and thoughts before UHV and after
UHV
>>> I can't find much difference within myself because to be
honest I've been following many ways to make myself a better and
valuable human.
>>>Maybe the way I approach smaller things in life have
changed, for example having peace with the amount of cash I have
to spend.

3. Shifts in living before UHV and after

UHV (Mention few Incidents)
>>> Before UHV I haven't concentrated much on my own
happiness, I think about having peace mostly.
 >>>After UHV I also want to make myself and others around me
happy as well.

4. Future plans and Commitment re. UHV

Proposal
>>> Getting a job
Having a healthy relationship
Being empathetic
And following the principles of UHV

My formula for life is nothing but "KARMA". I strongly believe that no

matter what happens if our actions and intentions are pure, life will
soon turn out to be fair and square to us at some point of time.
Until that we must not lose hope.
