(Party of the First and the Party of the Second Part shall mean and include all their
respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representative, etc., wherever the
context so means and includes and assigns).

WHEREAS by virtue of Sale Deed dated _________ and registered as Document


No. ________ of _______ in the office of the Sub Registrar, ___________executed
by Thiru._________ the Father and Guardian of the First Part in respect of the
schedule mentioned property in which the Party of the Second Part Thiru._______
figures as Purchaser in the above sale Deed.

Whereas at the time of execution of the said sale deed by the Father and Natural
guardian of the First Part to and in favour of party of the Second Part, the Party of
the First Part was a Minor of age ____ . Now that the party of the First Part on
attaining the age of ______, on the request of the Second Part ,party of the first part
hereby executes this deed of Ratification.
NOW THIS DEED OF RATIFICATION OF SALE DEED WITNESSETH that in
pursuance of the request of the Party of the Second Part, the Party of First Part
hereby ratifies and accepts the title and possession of the Schedule mentioned
property, which has been purchased by the Party of the Second Part by virtue of the

The Party of the first Part has not received any consideration to execute this
Ratification Deed.
