Subject : Setting Combination for Replacement Parts of Temperature Sensor and

Gauge

Purpose : To prevent malfunction of machine temperature sensor system which

caused by incorrect component were used for replacement.

Application : D85E-SS-2 S/N J10001 and up & D68E-SS-12 S/N J10001

Description :
This is information for replacement of D85E-SS-2 and D68E-SS-12 temperature sensor
and gauge in the field.
Sensor and gauge must be set to install on the machine based on history of changing and
period of both components applied on the machine.
They cannot mixed for each other to used, because of resistance value were different. If it
were mixed with the wrong combination, the result of temperature will be mis-displayed.

The setting recommendation of component to be used following as:
