NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Update on operations in Rio Grande do Sul State

MULTIPLAN EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIÁRIOS S.A ("Company") (B3: MULT3), in

accordance with article 12 of CVM Resolution N. 44, of August 23, 2021, informs its shareholders
that its properties in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, BarraShoppingSul, ParkShopping Canoas and
Golden Lake, were not directly affected by the heavy rains that have occurred in recent days in the
region.
The Company expects a momentary reduction in people flow at ParkShopping Canoas and
BarraShoppingSul malls, and temporary suspension of construction work at Golden Lake. The
malls remain open, while serving as a support center for the population and collecting donations.
The malls are supporting the humanitarian actions carried out by the local authorities working on
emergency fronts with the affected population. The Company has provided support to its
employees, made infrastructure and basic needs available to the population, and donated supplies
to help in this tragic moment.
