ITINERARY DETAILS

Day 1: Delhi- Shimla (By overnight Volvo bus) 350 Kms / approx. 8 to 9 hours

Board Volvo from Delhi in the evening and start your overnight journey towards Shimla.

Day 2: Shimla Sightseeing

Upon arrival at Shimla bus stand , you will meet our representative / driver who will take you to
your pre-booked hotel. On arrival, check in at the hotel. This morning, set out to explore Shimla.
In 1864, Shimla was declared the summer capital of India. The hub of Shimla is the Mall, which
runs along the Ridge and is crowded with tourists. The Ridge is a large open space in the heart
of the town and presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. To start with, visit the
Viceregal Lodge. The six-storeyed Vice-Regal Lodge or Rashtrapati Niwas was built in 1888,
and was formerly the residence of Lord Dufferin, the British Viceroy. The style of architecture is
English Renaissance, the masonry comprises light blue limestone and the wrought stonework is
done in sandstone. Another of Shimla's major landmarks is the Christ Church and St.
Michael's Cathedral, known for its stained glass windows. Next, visit the Jakhu temple,
dedicated to Hanumanji, the attendant of Lord Rama. then back to Mall road It is at a height of
8048 feet above sea level and offers a panoramic view of the city. Later, return to the hotel for
overnight stay.

Day 3: Shimla – Kufri – Shimla ( 17 Kms / approx. 1 hour drive one way)

Today, make a full day excursion to Kufri. Kufri, at a distance of 16 km from Shimla and at an
altitude of 2510 m above sea level, is a site offering some famous hikes and wonderful snow
for skiing. An enjoyable walk leads up to Mahasu Peak. The Himalayan Nature Park here has
a good collection of animals and birds found in the region. Kufri is famous for its trekking and
hiking trails, and snow-covered slopes for skiing and tobogganing. The skiing season
spreads between November to February and the tourist inflow is at its peak during winters. One
can hike through thick forest around Kufri to the Mahasu Peak- the highest peak in Kufri.
Return to Shimla for overnight stay.

Day 4: Shimla – kullu Manali (250 Kms / approx. 8 to 9 hours )

After having breakfast, proceed to Manali. Manali is an important hill station of northern India
and is the destination of thousands of tourists every year. Its cool atmosphere provides a perfect
haven for the ones afflicted by the hot Indian summers. Besides offering quite a few places for
sightseeing, Manali is also famous for adventure sports like skiing, hiking,
mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, trekking, kayaking, and mountain biking En- route
visit Hanogi Mata Temple, Kullu Shawl Factory, pandom Dam. Overnight stay at a hotel in
Manali.
Day 5: Manali – Solang Valley (14 Kms ) (Optional ) Atal Tunnel,Sissu valley Rohtang
Pass

This morning after breakfast I took an excursion trip to Solang Valley via Nahru kund where
you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and enjoy various thrilling adventure
activities at your own cost. As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes the shape
of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the
outing, I returned to the hotel for Overnight stay.

Day 6: Manali - Local City Tour

After breakfast we check-out from the hotel and city tour of Manali which includes- Hadimba
Devi Temple (This temple constructed in 1553 A.D is Dedicated to Himachal’s Most Significant
Deity Hadimba Mata), Vashisht Hot springs, Club House ,tibetan monistres ,van vihar ,
(Dedicated to Vashist Muni & well known for its hot Curable water and Religious). Evening you
will be free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali, than drop by the Manali Volvo
stand.

Day 7: Departure Delhi

Early Morning, I reached Delhi and went home ,

Charges, Tips & Gratuity, Camera Fee, Mineral Water, Soft & Hard Drinks, Adventure
Activities.
● Any Cost Arising Due To Natural Calamities Like, Landslides, Road Blockage, Political
Disturbances (Strikes), Etc. To Be Borne By The Guest.
● Anything Which Is Not Included In The Inclusion.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Ø Check In & Check out Time is as per Hotel Policies (Early check-in is

Subject to Availability and might extract Extra Cost as per hotel policy)

Ø Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels and meals served as
per the hotel menu whether it is Buffet or Ala-Carte.

For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.

Ø In a few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids etc. cannot be matched to
developed destinations. Hotels in such places are categorized on the basis of location, Services
and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
Ø Guests can avail only those services that are mentioned in the confirmation voucher. Any
Addons, Changes/Upgrades in arrangements, Pick up/Drop other than the stated location will
be based on additional expenses.

Ø Transfers must be followed as per the instructed time of the transporters. In case, customers
miss their respective transportation services, alternative arrangements will attract an extra cost.

Ø Trippacx will not be reliable for any changes made by Third Party

Providers i.e. Transportation, Hoteliers etc.

Ø Trippacx shall not be responsible for any delays due to technical faults, Heavy Traffic Jam or
unforeseen situations. In "Unforeseen" scenarios extra cost may also be levied over the
customers.

Ø Adventure Activities will be subject to Season/Off Season and subject to

availability as well.

Ø Kindly carry confirmation Voucher, ID Proof, Volvo Tickets, and Flight

Tickets etc (if included in Package)

Ø The customers are recommended to read the Confirmation Voucher

carefully and approve it within 24 hours of issuance. Any errors shall not be entertained during
the tour.

Ø The above package can be customised as per the customer's Requirement based on the
availability of the hotel, transport and weather conditions etc.

Ø Any complaint or claim by the client must be notified to the company in writing within 7 days
of the end of the holiday tour. No claim notified to the company beyond this period will be
entertained & the company shall incur the liability whatsoever in respect thereof.

Ø The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities
(such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of
check out or at the same time.

Ø We are not authorized to go against the rules and regulations of the hotel/Resort in case
such a thing happens from your side then the guest is the only one who is responsible for their
activities and they have to meet the terms and conditions of the hotel rules and regulation.

ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY

Ø 50 % of the total package, the cost must be deposited as an advance in our company's
account to confirm the package.
Ø Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).

Ø Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important
information like a confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.

PROCESS OF MAKING ADVANCE PAYMENT

Ø Payments can be done through by using Net banking/Credit

Card/Debit Card and Wallets, Paytm, phone pay, PayPal etc.

Ø Cash Deposit option at Trippacx office.

Ø Cash deposit in our Banks.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Ø There is no contract between Trippacx . And the client until the company has received an
initial deposit amount of the specified tour package.

Ø In case, the customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date
because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons,
nonpayment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges
from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Ø Advance amount 40% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days
of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.

Ø The Company reserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economic
status of the market as per the Government policy.

Ø Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.

Ø Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in the form of cash or
alternative services.

Ø Trippacx . has the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 40%
of the total tour Package Cost.

Amendment Policy (PREPONE & POSTPONE)

Ø In case the client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to
kindly reach us 15 days prior to the journey date via email.

Ø The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if
intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However, postponing & preponing the second
time will attract additional charges.
Ø Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply to
postpone/prepone charges even after meeting the above requirement. In such cases
postpone/prepone charges will be deducted from the advance amount deposited.

Ø In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to
availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off-season time.

Ø We do not accept any changes in the plan within 15 days of travel date. However, in rare
cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will be
intimated to you beforehand.

Ø The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from
the date of an advance payment.

Ø The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can
pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your
booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
