Dear Sir,

Sequel to your request for information about our Certification services, please kindly be informed
that for your Organization to be certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standards, you must have Quality
Management Systems in place for the standard, which is expected to meet the requirements of
these International Standard and other documents needed by your Organization to ensure the
effective planning, operation and control of its processes.

If you already have a management system in place and you are confident that it will satisfy the
requirements of this standard, then you can apply for certification.

CERTIFICATION PROCEDURE

Apply for certification By (Your Organisation)

Review of contract By (Bureau Veritas Nigeria Limited)

Submission of quote By (Bureau Veritas Nigeria Ltd)

Return of signed quote By (Your Organisation)

Submission of proforma invoice By (Bureau Veritas Nigeria Ltd)

Payment for certification activities By (Your Organisation)

Agreement of certification date By (BVNL & Your Company)

Certification By (Bureau Veritas Certification)

Kindly fill and return the attached Application Form and the information gathered therein will
enable us determine the number of man-days to be allocated for the Certification and Surveillance
audits, as well as generate a quotation for you.

2. Your personnel must aware of the requirements of this standard so as to develop the documentation and
implement what has been documented
3. You need to have internal auditors who will periodically conduct an audit of the system after it has been
implemented
4. You need to conduct management review which is an health check of the management system
5. You know how to carry out corrective action
6. You need to be able to determine risks and opportunities
7. You need to tailor the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 to suit operations and activities of the your
organization and industrial sector requirements
8. You need to purchase the standard for your own use (we do not sell standards)

Training required:

1. ISO 9001:2015 Awareness Course (for executive management and the staff) (2 days course)
2. Management System Documentation (2 days course)
3. ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Course (days course)
4. Root Cause Analysis Course (2 days course)
5. Risk and Opportunities Course (1 day course)
6. ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Course (5 days course).
