General Introduction
OAK Global Management System Services Limited has been requested by EKO
Atlantic Technical Company Limited to submit proposal for the establishment and
implementation of Quality, Management System to support its certification process in
accordance with the International Standard (ISO 9001:2015).
We therefore thank you for the offer to provide a professional consultancy service in
preparing your Organization for Quality Management System Certification. The process
involved a full implementation of QMS Management System in accordance with the
International Standard (ISO 9001:2015).

Oak Global offers services to its prospective and existing Clients covering system
certification consulting, training, and documentation against appropriate recognised
international standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 etc.). We
establish applicable management system for our prospective clients and guide them for
implementation before applying to the certification body of our client choice.

EKO Atlantic Technical Company Limited is currently interested in the establishment,

documentation, and implementation of QMS (ISO 9001:2015), for a successful QMS
certification, EKO Atlantic Technical Company Limited expects the bulk of the work to be
done by Oak Global trained professionals with adequate support and assistance from the
key process drivers of the Organization on this project.

Project Reasoning
Primary reasons for ISO implementation and Integration include:
• Improve image and credibility by attaining certification
• Improve customers and relevant interested parties’ satisfaction
• Improve compliance to applicable requirements
• Better management of processes, activities, and functions
• Improve decision making process through performance evaluation

Secondary reasons to implement and integrate include:

• Create structure and culture of continual improvement of the processes
• Improve employee engagement toward process improvement
• Increase competitiveness
• Reduce costs through continual improvements

Scope of Work
The services shall cover 3 phases as follow.
1st Phase: Capacity Building (Trainings) & Gap Assessment
✓ Provision of awareness training sections on ISO 9001:2015 for all the staffs of the
Organization.
✓ Provision of 3-days internal auditors’ training for selected personnel

2nd Phase: Documentation & Implementation

✓ Full Preparation and Documentation of QMS Management System
(Policies, Level 1 & 2 documents, SOPs/SMPs, Forms & Checklists)
✓ Support for Implementation of QMS requirements to generate records as evidence
of compliance to the ISO Standard requirements prior to certification.

3rd Phase:
Assessment & Support for Certification Process
✓ Conduct internal audit of the system by the Consultant
✓ Close out process for all identified gaps from audit
✓ Conduct second internal audit process by the trained auditors, under the
supervision of Consultant
✓ Review and validation of close out actions for the final process of certification.
✓ Implementation of management reviews by management team under the
supervision of Consultant
✓ Application for Certification process
✓ Supervision of the external audit by the certification body
✓ Final close out of all possible gaps from certification audit.

Commercial
The offer, upon which this agreement is entered, is as highlighted in this proposal. It
indicates the basic charges for the services requested on the assumption that the
information supplied by the Client was accurate and complete. Any service supplied
beyond those set out, will be charged at Oak Global’ current rates.
Based on the above scope of work involving single international management standard i.e
ISO 9001:2015, OAK Global charges per man-days/per site, and per system.

Confidentiality
Except as may be required by Law, Oak Global and the Client will treat as strictly
confidential all information and will not disclose to any third party without prior written
consent of the other, any information which comes into their possession, the possession
of their employees, agents, or others by virtue of this Agreement.

Contract Signature
Signature means validation and acceptance of Oak Global Consultancy proposal for the
Consultancy Services detailed in this proposal.
