INSPECTION REPORT

During our inspection yesterday 03/03/24 on the water treatment plant and water distribution to the all
the apartment, we observed recommend the following

OBSERVATION:

1) The existing water treatment plant is Not effective

2) The existing storage capacity is too small for the seven unit apartment

3) Due to the existing piping network the overhead tank would not be able to supply water to all the
apartment by Gravity

4) The existing pressure pump is not in the right position thereby won't be able to balance the pressure
equally in all the apartment

RECOMMENDATION:

1) Install a standard working and effective water treatment plant

2) Increase both raw and clean water storage capacity

3a) Re piped and reposition the pressure pump OR

3b) Increase the height of the overhead tank Stand

OR

3c) Connect the main water supply line to all the existing Gepee tanks behind each apartment, therefore
each apartment would still be using their existing pressure pumping system
