the law enforcer?

the crimes they committed were taking Eddie's money of 14k,

and killing Rodrigo and Jaime earlier, and robbing the bank of
Moises Yongo, a former police officer. and their human
violation is extortion due to obtaining money and, violation of
human rights due to suffering, cruel or inhumane treatment,
illegal searches.

what should be the right thing to do as law enforcer as
treatment toward civilian/suspect/witness in concerned?

Law enforcers have a tough job maintaining safety and order

while interacting with a variety of people in often tense
situations for how law enforcers should treat civilians,
suspects, and witness.

background or situation.
• Use clear and professional communication, avoiding slang
or unintelligible conversation.
