We, San Roque Parish - Lemery, is writing to formally request assistance from the
Municipality's Traffic Management Group for the upcoming Dawn Procession of Our Lady of
Fatima, scheduled on May 13, 2024, at 5:00 AM.

The procession route will commence from the Parish and proceed towards Ilustre
Avenue, and a U-turn will be made at SM back to the Parish. In light of this, we kindly request
your support in managing traffic flow, ensuring the safety of both participants and commuters.
Your expertise and assistance in implementing temporary traffic control measures, such as road
closures, rerouting, and deployment of traffic personnel, would be greatly appreciated.

We are committed to working closely with the Traffic Management Group to coordinate
logistics and facilitate a smooth procession without causing undue inconvenience to the public.
Additionally, we will provide any necessary information or assistance required to support your
efforts in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic management during the event.
