We would like to formally request permission to set up a food stall within the campus premises during the
upcoming Lambigit Festival and Community Day this coming April 11 and 12, 2024, as part of our
Edukasyong Pantahanan at Pangkabuhayan (EPP) subject activities.

Our intention is to contribute to the vibrancy and cultural richness of the Lambigit Festival by offering a
variety of food items representative of our local cuisine. The food stall will not only serve as a practical
application of our EPP learnings but also as an opportunity for students to engage with the community
and showcase their entrepreneurship skills.

To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, we are committed to adhering to all necessary
protocols and obtaining any required permits. Additionally, we will take full responsibility for the setup,
operation, and cleanup of the food stall before, during, and after the festival.
