Dear Mr. Pamintuan,
Greetings of Peace and Love of Christ!
The end of Student Body Organization (SBO) Officers term is fast
approaching. SBOs continuous engagement in organizing various events reflects
our commitment to develop our students holistically and provide them with a wellrounded personality, while fostering appreciation and understanding of the
importance of these endeavors to the cultural vitality of the community.
Having been renowned for the endeavors and services rendered to the entire
SPCF Community, the organization officers would like to have a significant
contribution that will mark the legacy of their term before it ends. The officers
decided to contribute materials that will be useful for the events of the schools
succeeding years.
Collectively, we have decided to purchase DECORATION CLOTHS which will be
very useful during events such as acquaintance parties, graduation balls, college
days, intramurals and the like. Since our organization doesnt have the ample
budget to carry out all the expenses of our projects, we immensely value the
contribution of individuals beyond the academe to aid us in pursuing the last project
of our organization for the academic year 2009-2010. In line with this, we are
requesting from your well-respected end the monetary solicitation to support this
project.
We are looking forward for your usual support regarding this remarkable project and
be part of this legacy. We wholeheartedly support TEAM AGYU TAMU. Thank you
