Kansas Drought
The good news is-Kansas drought diminished 1% last week, top-soil moisture and the winter wheat crop is off to an O.K. start, at 46% G/E, and another southern storm is on the way. The bad news is that the two year drought will expand this winter according to the CPC, now at 36% exceptional to extreme, and the next storm misses Kansas. Blame it all on La Nina.
