Share buyback programme update


In accordance with the regulations DEME Group NV hereby discloses information regarding
the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buyback programme, as announced per 26 April 2024, the
company reports today that during the period from 29 April 2024 until 3 May 2024 the
following transactions took place:

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 29 April 2024, DEME Group NV has
bought back 4,176 shares for a total amount of 624,565 euro. This corresponds to 9.3 % of
the programme completed.
