• Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of engineering design criteria, methods and site conditions.
• Knowledge of main international discipline standards, codes and regulations.
• Experience in pipelines pre- commissioning and hydrotesting including but not limited to
flooding, cleaning, gauging, hydrotests, dewatering, drying and preservation.
• Knowledge in various pipelines inspection and leak detection technologies.
• Experience in materials procurement and fabrication related to pipelines precommissioning
• Familiar with main equipment and instrumentations utilized for pipelines precommissioning.
• Ability to prepare key deliverables and perform market evaluation.
• Ability to carry-out pre-commissioning site operations in accordance with project requirements.
