Work Experience:
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing WPS and specification
• Check weather conditions/ prepare proper welding tent
• Confirm material size and type according to drawings
• Confirm proper consumables are been used
• Verify welders’ qualification before welding
• Check fit-up and alignment of the joints
• Maintain pre-heat (if required) & interphases temp. according to WPS
• Visual inspection on completed joints and identify the joints by marking the welder ID..Etc.
• working as a Document Controller for 5 months (do all the documentation require in QA/QC
department RFI, NDT Request, Weld map, Redline, MIT, tracking sheet, Material receiving
report.... etc.)
• Visual inspection for welding of pipeline, plate and nozzle joints for tank.
• Check the welding for each course of welding according to WPS and check the welding
machine calibration.
• Daily, weekly and monthly Reports including the inspection results with summary.
• Confirming proper cleaning between passes, confirming proper Welding machine settings.
• Ensuring proper preheat and Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) set-up and performance.
• Receiving material inspection.
• Hydrotest for piping, pipeline and tanks.
• Dry PT for welded joint.
• Radiographic Film Interpretation according to the acceptance criteria.
• Inspection of Painting & Coating (WFT, DFT, surface profile, pill off
• adhesion test, salt contamination, roughness, holiday test)
• Prepare all document for the project Hand Over Document

▪ Managing work through Outlook to track the progress of transactions.

▪ Administrative work such as printing and stamping the required documents.
▪ Checking the validity date of the declaration to take the necessary action if the Declaration’s date has expired.
