AGREEMENT

APEC Schools would like to share newsworthy and notable events that happen in our network to
showcase our schools’ and our students’ performance. We like to publish student art, literary, and
audio/video productions which may include your child’s photograph or video clips. Various types of
student work or photos may be used in different media owned/used by APEC Schools. These include, but
are not limited to:

• Website • Posters
• Newsletters • Print Ads
• Social media accounts like • Corporate AVP
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc • Signage
• Billboard • Local radio/TV
• Lamppost banners broadcasts
• Brochures and flyers • Local newspapers
• Streamers • Training workshops
• Rollup standees

In order to protect our students, APEC Schools WILL NOT publish home addresses, telephone numbers,
personal e-mail addresses, or any other personal information.
By signing below, I fully authorize APEC Schools to publish images/videos of my child or his/her
information/work.

Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my
image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings,
within an unrestricted geographic area.

I understand that my child’s image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, and waive
the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my child’s image appears. I release APEC
Schools from any liability resulting from or connected with the publication of my child’s information/
work or photograph as outlined above.
